1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms and Conditions of Voucher Use

Due to high demand, advance booking is required a minimum of five days prior to your arrival at the hotel. All bookings are subject to availability. Please wait for booking confirmation before arriving at the hotel. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund will be provided for partial use. Vouchers are valid until the date specified on the voucher. Extensions beyond the expiry date are not permitted. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

How to Redeem
