Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms and Conditions of Voucher Use

This voucher is non-refundable and no refund will be provided for partial use. Vouchers are valid until the date specified and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. It cannot be redeemed at the bar for food or beverages during special events or functions unless these items have been pre-booked. Additionally, the voucher cannot be used towards the purchase of tickets for events.

How to Redeem

To redeem against accommodation and overnight stays, please call our reservations team on 03333 209 328 and state your voucher code at the time of booking.

If you would like to redeem your voucher at our restaurant or on food and beverage at the hotel, please kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. Vouchers are valid at Holiday Inn Glasgow East Kilbride.
